Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
How to Request a Return

Returning Your Item
After notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have another 14 days to send the item back.
Please contact us at support.velliorajewells@gmail.com to receive return instructions. We will arrange the return process with our supplier.
Please do not send any items back before receiving return instructions.
Your statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
For cancelled orders, refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the refund will be issued within 14 days of your cancellation.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
